  1. This offer:
    1.1. is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over;
    1.2. applies only when a referred property seller completes a sale with Select Homes;
    1.3. entitles the referrer to a £100 bonus per completed sale;
    1.4. is limited to one referral per transaction;
    1.5. cannot be exchanged for any alternative reward.

  2. Payment:
    2.1. the bonus will be issued after completion of the referred property sale;
    2.2. Select Homes will contact the referrer to arrange receipt of the bonus.
